Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate full-stack agentic applications with React/TypeScript front ends and secure Node.js, Python, or Java backend services.
- Engineer multi-agent workflows with orchestration, shared state, tool use, delegation, retries, failure handling, and idempotency.
- Build CI/CD, platform automation, Kubernetes deployments, infrastructure as code, release processes, and rollback capabilities.
- Develop agent context and data layers using enterprise connectors, streaming, caching, vector search, schema controls, and PII protections.
- Create reusable SDKs, APIs, templates, internal packages, code samples, and agent capabilities for inference, tools, and RAG.
- Establish observability and runtime controls including tracing, metrics, dashboards, feature flags, rate limits, circuit breakers, and SLOs.
- Apply DevSecOps, zero-trust, privacy, data residency, and compliance controls across cloud and on-premises GPU deployments.
- Partner with Security, Risk, and Platform teams, mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and influence reference architectures and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience building production full-stack systems with React/TypeScript and Node.js/Express, Java/Spring Boot, or Python/FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with multi-agent engineering, orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and MCP-based connectors.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD, Terraform, Helm, automated testing, API gateways, and service mesh technologies.
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Postgres, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis, and secure enterprise-system integrations such as ServiceNow IRM/GRC.
- Experience with OAuth2/OIDC, mTLS, Vault/KMS, SAST/DAST, OpenTelemetry, Grafana/Prometheus, and regulated-environment controls including NIST, SOX, and ITGC.
- Preferred experience includes LLM fine-tuning and alignment, DeepSpeed, Triton, ONNX, Ray, SageMaker, distributed systems, WAF, IAST, quantitative evaluation, and data governance.
