Responsibilities
- Own product areas from concept through deployment.
- Ship production features daily and collaborate directly with the CTO and founding engineering team.
- Build agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Write, iterate, and scale production-quality software as the product matures.
- Talk with customers and use feedback to improve the product.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools.
- Experience with LLM APIs is preferred.
- High agency, resourcefulness, ownership, and a startup-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work from and collaborate within the San Francisco hackerhouse setup.
