Base Salary
$125k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain real-time, event-based systems for the Offers team.
- Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable systems.
- Own technical solutions from development through production.
- Act as an escalation point for the team during and outside office hours.
- Apply governance around solution design and set standards for code quality and delivery.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and take responsibility for work estimation and solution documentation.
- Distribute knowledge and coach and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Experience leading development teams and delivering technical projects.
- Experience using cloud platforms in a commercial environment.
- Knowledge of React and TypeScript.
- Experience with Go microservices.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to C#, .NET, MSSQL, or WPF is beneficial.
