Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients from onboarding to ongoing success.
- Write SQL queries and debug code to resolve client issues.
- Translate client pain points into product insights and influence the roadmap.
- Act as the voice of the client within the organization.
- Drive referrals and enhance the client experience for sophisticated traders.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in developer, customer engineering, or technical support roles.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL).
- Strong debugging skills for API requests and development environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
