Responsibilities
- Manage a named portfolio of clients from onboarding through ongoing success.
- Write SQL queries, debug code, and implement fixes to enhance client experience.
- Translate client pain points into product insights and influence the product roadmap.
- Act as the voice of the client, building trust with technical teams and business leaders.
- Drive referrals and ensure a magical experience for sophisticated traders.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in developer, customer engineering, or technical support roles.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL).
- Strong technical background with experience in debugging API requests and development environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in online settings.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
