Responsibilities
- Embed in business domains and operate parts of their processes to understand decisions, information, exceptions, and risks.
- Identify opportunities for AI agents and design explicit human-agent orchestration, oversight, and escalation mechanisms.
- Own agents through problem exploration, goal definition, building, deployment, measurement, and continuous optimization.
- Design and build agents by defining their instructions, information sources, tools, permissions, workflows, and escalation mechanisms.
- Connect agents with internal and external tools through APIs, MCP servers, databases, automations, and SaaS platforms.
- Prototype solutions quickly, test them on real cases, and improve them using errors, metrics, and user feedback.
- Define baselines, evaluations, and control mechanisms to measure quality, reliability, decision impact, productivity, and customer experience.
- Work closely with business teams and AI, Data, and Engineering teams to deploy measurable, reliable, and responsible solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated top performance and strong problem-solving ability in a high-demand environment.
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into initial solutions, test them quickly, and iterate based on real results.
- Strong interest in both business operations and the technical side of AI deployment.
- Ability to work with data and metrics to validate hypotheses, analyze errors, and measure solution impact.
- High level of Spanish and English.
- Preferred: experience building agents, automations, or internal tools used by real users from discovery through deployment and measurement.
- Preferred: experience connecting solutions with APIs, MCP servers, databases, internal tools, or SaaS platforms.
- Preferred: knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL, or experience using AI-assisted development tools to build prototypes autonomously.
- Preferred: experience designing evaluations, monitoring systems, or human-in-the-loop mechanisms.
- Preferred: knowledge of the insurance or insurtech industry.
