Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence of the AI/ML Platform by implementing and optimizing MLOps practices.
- Design and implement automated deployment pipelines for machine learning models from development through production.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure for model training, inference, and data processing.
- Develop and maintain monitoring and logging systems for model performance, system health, and platform efficiency.
- Work with data developers to support efficient training and validation data pipelines.
- Implement model version control and contribute to model governance, compliance, privacy, and ethical practices.
- Enforce security best practices and compliance standards across MLOps activities.
- Identify and implement process automation and lifecycle optimization opportunities.
- Identify and resolve operational issues while contributing to incident response and system recovery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps and MLOps experience deploying and managing machine learning models in production.
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or Ansible.
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for orchestrating and scaling machine learning workloads.
- Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for machine learning projects.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack for monitoring and logging.
- Understanding of MLOps security practices including data encryption, access controls, and compliance standards.
- Ability to collaborate with data developers, software developers, researchers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues.
- Preferred experience with AWS or Azure, databases and storage solutions such as SQL, NoSQL, or data lakes, and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Preferred experience with Git and Jira, plus familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
