Base Salary
$208k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Establish the Identity Platform as the single system of record for customers.
- Own the migration of core identity logic from legacy systems.
- Design and build the shared entitlements layer for secure product access.
- Lead the development of distributed, cloud-native backend services.
- Define and implement foundational data models and APIs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to establish integration patterns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on backend systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native, highly-available distributed systems.
- Proven track record in designing large-scale systems in regulated environments.
- Expertise in API design and integration, particularly REST and gRPC.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and container orchestration.
- Strong technical leadership skills and ability to mentor engineers.
