Base Salary
$245k - $429k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical delivery for cross-team initiatives.
- Shape catalog and integration systems for scale, reliability, and quality.
- Build and evolve AI-assisted merchant experiences with validation and guardrails.
- Contribute to merchant onboarding and activation systems across teams.
- Partner on organic attribution and data-driven pathways from organic success to paid products.
- Drive technical decisions considering tradeoffs across various metrics.
- Mentor senior engineers and enhance technical design and engineering quality.
- Use AI to accelerate work while maintaining strong judgment and accountability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including time as a Staff or Senior Staff engineer.
- Strong track record in commerce, marketplaces, or ads domains.
- Deep experience in systems design, API design, and data-intensive systems.
- Experience with ML, AI, or GenAI systems and their responsible deployment.
- Catalog, integrations, or merchant platform experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with growth, measurement, or organic-to-paid ecosystems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical direction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
