Responsibilities
- Architect AI-driven systems for member growth platforms.
- Define long-term architectural direction for campaign automations and communications.
- Lead cross-organizational platform convergence for shared architectural primitives.
- Identify and resolve systemic technical problems across teams.
- Raise engineering maturity through design reviews and mentorship.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Compliance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 8+ years in technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in event-driven, high-scale distributed systems.
- Proven cross-team technical leadership tied to business goals.
- Hands-on technical leadership with proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Go.
- Experience with public cloud infrastructure, relational and document databases.
