Responsibilities
- Design and develop Atlassian Rovo agents that automate requirements processing and user story creation.
- Integrate Confluence, Jira, and other knowledge sources into agent workflows.
- Build and configure Rovo agents with Agent Studio for customer-specific contexts.
- Develop reusable Rovo agent templates for project and product teams.
- Define standardized user story structures for automated downstream processing.
- Design and implement the integration and handover between Jira and GitLab Duo.
- Build a scalable, long-term end-to-end solution rather than a one-off prototype.
Requirements
- Strong, in-depth experience with Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud.
- Solid understanding of Jira workflows, custom fields, automation, and permission structures.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian Rovo, including Rovo Chat, Rovo Search, Rovo Agents, and Agent Studio.
- Experience with the Jira REST API, webhooks, and Atlassian Forge and/or Connect.
- Experience with prompt engineering and context engineering for LLM-based agents.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in German and English.
