Responsibilities
- Analyze customer business requirements and translate them into technical solution designs and architecture documentation.
- Develop and present solution proposals, bid documents, and cost calculations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, sales managers, quality specialists, and cross-functional implementation teams.
- Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies for proposed initiatives and technology implementations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring during implementation.
- Communicate with German-speaking customers about requirements, solution demonstrations, and technical consulting.
- Document solution architectures, system designs, and technical specifications.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Travel as required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or a similar technical role.
- Confident written and spoken German language skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Expertise designing scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise solutions.
- Knowledge of UCC and voice technologies.
- Experience in project management.
- Excellent technical documentation and presentation skills.
- English language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel.
