Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and lead implementation of software solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key technical and cross-functional decisions.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data processing and analytics workflows.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity integrating data platforms with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams to deliver high-quality software products.
- Data warehouse, ETL, and testing experience are preferred.
