Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead web performance initiatives across the Legend platform.
- Profile, diagnose, and implement measurable improvements to speed and efficiency.
- Develop high-frequency, real-time UI components for market data.
- Establish performance benchmarks and monitoring systems.
- Drive a performance-first culture through code reviews and documentation.
- Contribute to feature development across core trading surfaces.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers.
- Participate in roadmap planning and scope technical work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web development focused on infrastructure or platform engineering.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and at least one other language.
- Experience with frontend infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, or internal tools.
- Ability to reduce developer friction and enhance engineering productivity.
- Comfortable in complex developer ecosystems with many stakeholders.
- Mindset for building systems and tools that improve engineer effectiveness.
