Responsibilities
- Build automation pipelines for self-serve market creation workflows.
- Own the internal markets portal for daily market management.
- Design and implement backend services for market lifecycle management.
- Create tools for rapid market setup in response to breaking news.
- Develop full-stack solutions using Node.js/TypeScript and React.
- Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks to reduce manual work.
- Scale infrastructure for managing thousands of concurrent markets.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Comfortable building React frontends and full-stack applications.
- Experience working at startups rather than large tech companies.
- High agency mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in automation and building internal tools.
- Previous experience with financial markets or trading platforms is a plus.
- AI/ML experience for market automation is a plus.
- DevOps experience with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines is a plus.
