Base Salary

$140k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain new features for the GTM OS.
Create a next-generation workflow system optimized for user and AI collaboration.
Partner with internal teams to identify and address their workflow needs.
Present and consult on the GTM OS to help teams leverage its capabilities.
Design observability tools for monitoring workflow processing systems.

5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably with distributed systems.
Experience with graphical user interfaces using technologies like HTMX or React.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Infrastructure as Code.
Familiarity with at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Understanding of SQL and relational database fundamentals.
Experience with distributed databases or high-availability systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills in production environments.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience designing data pipelines for AI systems.
A track record of building AI-powered systems for broader use.
A builder's instinct for creating reusable and extensible solutions.
Clear judgment on integrating AI and traditional approaches.
Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and continuous improvement.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
