Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows and collaborate with subject-matter experts to understand processes for automation.
- Design, develop, test, and implement seamless automated processes using Automation Anywhere.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems during code development.
- Identify code that can be converted into reusable metabots across multiple automations.
- Work with the RPA team to harden and deploy bots to production.
- Identify and drive process improvements across the organization.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite products, Automation Anywhere, web browsers, HTML, SQL, XML, and JSON.
- Strong analytical, investigative, critical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify issues, plan and organize work, and challenge the status quo.
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and concise communication skills.
