Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build full discovery applications for biomarker identification and target discovery.
- Stand up new analyses to support application logic and enhance existing analysis suites.
- Create multi-step reasoning flows integrating ML models and biological domain logic.
- Design workflows for compound evaluation and multi-modal evidence integration.
- Extend applications to incorporate new data modalities and analysis routines.
- Build reusable frameworks for Design of Experiments across various discovery programs.
- Implement and improve AI systems that orchestrate analyses into coherent applications.
- Collaborate with ML engineers and bioinformatics teams to ensure consistent data workflows.
- Validate scientific correctness and ensure applications produce accurate results.
Requirements
- Strong experience in ML, computational biology, or scientific computing.
- Deep understanding of the drug discovery and preclinical development cycle.
- Experience building analytical workflows for biological or scientific data.
- Familiarity with key discovery analysis methods like differential expression and pathway analysis.
- Proficiency in Python and scientific computing libraries.
- Ability to convert scientific questions into structured workflows.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
