Base Salary
$150k - $192k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the Sanity instance, frontend, pages, components, and content workflows for the entire marketing website.
- Build reusable content management systems that distribute copy and visual elements across web, advertising, print, and other channels.
- Develop signal ingestion, audience segmentation, personalization, translation management, and content production workflows.
- Automate internal marketing workflows, including personalized landing-page pipelines, asset creation, and signal generation.
- Run web growth experiments focused on conversion, visibility, and personalization.
- Configure and optimize HubSpot, GTA, and related platforms for tracking, lead generation, and audience segmentation.
- Optimize load speed, technical SEO, AEO/GEO, accessibility, privacy, and cross-browser and cross-device performance.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency with Sanity, Vercel, React, Next.js, and Git.
- Strong TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills and strong web fundamentals.
- Experience building signal ingestion, personalization, content production, and workflow automation for marketing teams.
- Experience running growth experiments across audiences and web properties.
- Strong design and frontend development fundamentals, with the ability to move between design and implementation.
- Deep expertise in performance optimization and technical SEO/AEO, plus familiarity with marketing analytics and conversion tracking tools.
- Working understanding of localization and translation management workflows.
- Experience working with marketing or growth teams as a primary stakeholder.
- Around five years of relevant experience; candidates with fewer years may apply if they meet the other requirements.
- Understanding of privacy and accessibility standards for the web.
