Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, responsive user interfaces for the CX Agent Studio Console.
- Architect and implement AI-centric workflows for building, evaluating, deploying, monitoring, and optimizing enterprise generative AI agents.
- Build performant front-end components supporting real-time interactions, data visualizations, and agent testing interfaces.
- Collaborate with UX design, product management, and ML engineering partners on user-centered front-end solutions.
- Provide front-end architectural oversight, establish UI engineering best practices, and coach team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of full-stack development experience across back-end and front-end codebases.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of software design and architecture experience.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
