- Design, develop, test, and maintain frontend and backend features for enterprise-grade web applications and backend services.
- Own features end-to-end, build responsive user interfaces, and integrate them with backend APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and production-ready code.
- Participate in architectural discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and Agile development activities.
- Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Follow secure coding standards and compliance guidelines.
- Use GenAI-assisted tools to understand codebases and accelerate development.
- Communicate progress, risks, and blockers while collaborating with US-based teams across time zones.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of business experience.
- Experience developing frontend applications using React, Angular, or Vue.
- Backend development experience with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Basic understanding of SQL and NoSQL database concepts.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD concepts.
- Experience with Git-based workflows and Agile methodologies.
- Interest in scalable system design and cloud-native architectures.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to grow into increasingly complex technical responsibilities.
