Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product features from requirements and API design through production deployment.
- Build performant, usable frontend experiences with TypeScript and React/Next.js.
- Design and implement backend services, data schemas, and operational tooling.
- Integrate LLM and AI capabilities into reliable, useful product flows.
- Collaborate with founders, product, and design to prioritize work and define measurable success metrics.
- Participate in architecture and roadmap discussions and make pragmatic early-stage tradeoffs.
Requirements
- 2 to 8 years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping user-facing products.
- Strong full-stack skills with TypeScript and React/Next.js, plus backend development in Python or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Production experience integrating LLMs or AI services into real applications.
- Demonstrated product sense and ability to translate user problems into practical, measurable solutions.
- Comfort working in small teams with limited process, high ambiguity, and broad frontend, backend, and DevOps responsibilities.
- Experience with multi-tenant or enterprise-ready systems, real-time architectures, or high-throughput applications is a plus.
- Background in healthcare, fintech, legal, or complex internal tooling is a plus.
