Responsibilities
- Conduct acceptance and automation testing to validate software functionality and reliability.
- Manage test environments and generate test cases for software quality assurance.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Apply quality assurance best practices, system architecture principles, and software testing life cycle strategies.
- Document testing processes and results to support transparency and feedback.
- Collaborate with teams throughout Agile product and program development cycles.
- Use AI-human collaboration, programming languages, and digital tooling to improve testing operations.
- Support client relationships, analyze complex problems, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Experience with automation testing, debugging, quality assurance investigations, and defect management.
- Familiarity with Agile SDLC, Agile program management, and software testing life cycle strategies.
- AI fluency, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and ability to navigate complex client support scenarios.
