Responsibilities
- Conduct acceptance and automation testing to validate software functionality and reliability.
- Create test cases, manage test environments, and implement quality assurance practices for software testing.
- Analyze, debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Document testing processes and results to support transparency and feedback.
- Collaborate with teams during agile product and program development cycles.
- Apply AI-human collaboration, programming languages, and digital tooling to improve testing methodologies and operations.
- Support quality assurance investigations, defect management, client relationships, and mentoring of junior team members.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience is required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
- Experience with AI fluency, AI-human collaboration, automation testing, debugging, quality assurance investigations, defect management, and software testing lifecycle strategies is expected.
- Ability to work with Agile SDLC and Agile program management and navigate complex client support scenarios.
