Base Salary

$70k - $100k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop new features for internal employee-facing web platforms.
Automate the acquisition and extraction of financial data from multiple sources.
Review automation outputs for quality and correctness.
Build and maintain internal tools for Arch’s Operations team.
Oversee the execution and maintenance of scripts and other internal tooling supporting core business functions.
Assist with debugging, investigation, and troubleshooting of errors.

Proficiency in JavaScript or another mainstream programming language.
Knowledge of SQL.
Ability to learn quickly, collaborate with others, and solve difficult problems.
Professional communication skills.
Interest in alternative investments and/or financial services.
Web development experience with HTML, CSS, and React is a bonus.
Experience writing code to process and understand data is a bonus.
Familiarity with capital calls, IRRs, recallable distributions, or K-1s is a bonus.
Finance or accounting coursework is a bonus.

Most full-time roles are based onsite daily at the New York City office, with select roles potentially open to candidates in Boston.
