Base Salary
$162k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own feature development on Phantom web platforms.
- Lead initiatives to support other blockchains and launch new products.
- Build engineering infrastructure to optimize workflows for the Engineering team.
- Cross-collaborate with different teams to foster a positive work environment.
- Raise the bar for hiring within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3 years of experience in software engineering or related occupations.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Typescript, React, Node.js, and Python.
- Experience leading software engineering projects from design to deployment.
- 2 years of experience monitoring and maintaining software systems at scale.
