Base Salary
$119k - $224k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, script, test, maintain, and document ServiceNow HR Service Delivery features.
- Lead application solution quality from design and implementation through deployment and operations.
- Collaborate with lead engineers, architects, business analysts, UX designers, product stakeholders, and Agile team members.
- Define and apply coding standards, processes, tooling, frameworks, and technical backlog stories.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, standards-compliant, and supported by manual and automated testing.
- Evaluate technical impacts and coordinate implementation of new product releases.
- Participate in estimation, prioritization, code reviews, sprint retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.
- Communicate delivery progress, plans, impediments, and technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Educate and mentor less-experienced staff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 5+ years of experience building, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow platform technologies, workflows, and integrations.
- 3+ years of JavaScript development experience in ServiceNow.
- 2+ years of experience with RESTful or SOAP web services.
- 2+ years of Agile experience.
- 2+ years of experience educating or mentoring less-experienced staff.
- Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery experience and ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder relationship skills are desired.
