Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with customers.
- Partner with Account Executives for seamless onboarding and adoption.
- Support the Sales team with security reviews and implementation plans.
- Respond promptly to inbound questions from the Sales team.
- Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities and integrations.
- Provide market feedback to the product team based on customer insights.
- Build product examples and documentation for customers.
- Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of pre-sales customer-facing technical experience.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
- Strong project management skills in a startup environment.
- Creative, curious, and persuasive with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to interact with various roles within an organization.
- General knowledge of a scripting language such as Python or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations is a plus.
- Prior B2B SaaS experience is ideal.
- Open to using AI to enhance skills and work efficiency.
