Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and envisioning workshops to identify AI use cases, define success metrics, and establish ROI.
  • Translate business requirements into solution options, roadmaps, proposals, statements of work, and fit-gap analyses.
  • Design and own architecture for Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure AI, and LLM-powered agent solutions.
  • Implement RAG, prompt engineering, grounded generation, telemetry, evaluation, drift detection, and LLMOps practices.
  • Integrate Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems and APIs using reusable integration patterns.
  • Build Power Automate Cloud and Desktop workflows and configure Cloud PC pools and Computer Use agents when appropriate.
  • Define non-functional requirements and establish CI/CD, automated testing, pipeline gating, and automated deployments.
  • Harden solutions for security, privacy, performance, governance, auditability, and operational readiness.
  • Deliver POCs, POVs, POTs, and production-grade implementations while overseeing deployments.
  • Advise on Copilot Agent and Power Platform governance, including DLP, RBAC, environment strategy, ALM, and telemetry.
  • Mentor engineering teams and contribute to accelerators, reference architectures, and technical best practices.
  • Support Microsoft field-team co-sell motions and partner programs.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio (Full), Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 integration.
  • Experience designing LLM agents with LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen, including retrieval strategies and vector search.
  • Programming experience with Python and/or .NET, SQL, REST/Graph, eventing, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, source control, pipeline gating, CI/CD, ALM, and automated deployment.
  • Knowledge of DLP, RBAC, environment strategy, audit and telemetry, secure-by-design practices, and Responsible AI.
  • Experience with LLMOps, including telemetry, evaluation, drift detection, prompt and knowledge updates, and safe rollout practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, executive communication, options analysis, risk management, commercial awareness, and effort sizing.
  • Preferred experience with Computer Use agents, Cloud PC pools for Desktop Flows, Power Platform governance at scale, Microsoft partner programs, incentives, and co-sell.
  • UK public-sector experience and existing SC clearance are advantageous for certain client engagements.
  • Relevant certifications include PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, AI-102, DP-203, and MB-700.
