Responsibilities
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and UI testing for KSM web applications, SDKs, and integrations.
- Test KSM workflows across cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) scenarios.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand requirements and define test cases.
- Report, track, and communicate defects clearly using Jira or similar tracking tools.
- Support automated testing efforts by contributing test cases and working with existing automation frameworks.
- Validate expected security-related behaviors and access controls within KSM workflows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and overall product reliability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or a related role.
- Familiarity with web applications, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and DevOps workflows.
- Experience with manual testing and a foundational understanding of automated testing concepts.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to document findings clearly.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Due to the role’s involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident).
