Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of SAP S/4HANA solutions across multiple modules.
- Architect end-to-end business processes aligned with Coupang’s operations.
- Define integration patterns between SAP S/4HANA and internal systems.
- Develop and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture roadmap.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and cloud deployment models.
- Review functional and technical specifications for architectural consistency.
- Collaborate with teams across geographies to design scalable SAP solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and system optimization.
- Mentor SAP functional and technical teams and drive architectural governance.
- Ensure SAP platforms meet enterprise-class SLAs.
- Support major SAP initiatives including rollouts and migrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 12–18+ years of overall experience with at least 8–10 years in SAP S/4HANA solution architecture.
- Deep hands-on expertise across multiple SAP modules.
- Proven experience designing large-scale enterprise SAP landscapes.
- Strong understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori, and API Hub.
- Experience leading multi-country/multi-business-unit SAP transformations.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
