Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales on customer engagements with prospective and existing customers.
  • Respond to advanced product and technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Showcase custom solutions based on understanding of Notion’s capabilities.
  • Curate structured product feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Work with marketing to refine technical narratives and customer-facing materials.
  • Educate the sales organization on product updates and competitive analysis.
  • Document technical considerations for internal knowledge bases.

Requirements

  • 4+ years as a Technical Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
  • Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools for better results.
  • Ability to understand and explain API usage for customer workflows.
  • Experience with third-party integrations for IdP/SSO, DLP, or SIEM platforms.
  • Strong project management experience with complex projects.
  • Growth mindset and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Native level Korean and business level English proficiency.
