Responsibilities
- Complete a project from start to finish with support from a manager and mentor.
- Work onsite at the Eden Prairie, Minnesota location during the summer internship.
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Present the completed project and its impact to MTS business leaders.
- Participate in networking, professional development, and internship program activities.
Requirements
- Be a rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be eager to learn and bring a proactive, positive attitude.
- Demonstrate leadership and teamwork capabilities through extracurricular, academic, or other activities.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Previous relevant internship experience is preferred.
- Be able to work onsite in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
