Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance custom WordPress solutions.
- Build responsive frontend interfaces and robust backend functionality.
- Create custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver polished digital experiences.
- Improve code quality, development workflows, and overall platform performance using modern tools and AI-assisted development practices.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with WordPress development.
- Good knowledge of PHP 8+ and MySQL.
- Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/SASS.
- Strong adaptive and cross-browser layout skills.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript ES6+.
- Experience with Vite and Webpack.
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party service integrations.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Understanding of clean, maintainable, and scalable code principles.
- Confident daily use of modern AI tools, including ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot.
- Upper-intermediate English and Russian proficiency at B2+ level.
- Nice-to-have experience with Laravel or other PHP frameworks, frontend animations, GSAP, three.js, SEO, web performance optimization, Docker, CI/CD processes, and UX/UI principles.
