Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET, React, and relational databases.
- Develop and maintain APIs, application integrations, data-processing components, validation, reconciliation, and exception handling.
- Implement database changes and data migration routines with validation and performance considerations.
- Contribute to AI/ML-enabled features using AWS services, including data pipelines, model and service integration, result presentation, application validation, and monitoring.
- Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, resolve defects, and follow coding and security standards.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, environment configuration, application deployments, monitoring, user acceptance testing, production releases, and post-deployment stabilization.
- Investigate and resolve application, integration, and performance issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Provide estimates and progress updates, identify dependencies and delivery risks, maintain technical documentation, and contribute to reuse and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant software development experience using the Microsoft technology stack, including hands-on full-stack application development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, modern .NET, ASP.NET Core, RESTful Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.
- Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for responsive web applications.
- Strong relational database development skills, including database design, SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization; MySQL and/or PostgreSQL experience is required.
- Experience with external-system integrations, automated unit and integration tests, code reviews, troubleshooting, secure development practices, Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
- Ability to interpret requirements and technical designs, estimate effort, independently deliver work, and collaborate with clients and distributed teams.
- Preferred experience includes AWS, Amazon Aurora/RDS, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, Docker, containerized deployment, and CI/CD pipeline configuration.
- Preferred experience includes healthcare applications, HL7 ADT, FHIR, Mirth Connect, AI/ML service integration, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker AI, predictive analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection, generative AI applications, and Microsoft or AWS certifications.
