Responsibilities
- Define performance test cases, metrics, benchmarks, and automated regression detection.
- Contribute to scalable performance and automation infrastructure.
- Plan, design, write, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases using Swift and Python.
- Drive quality and process improvements for creativity application features.
- Report bugs using strong isolation and regression techniques.
- Manage priorities and communicate progress and risks effectively.
- Coordinate multifunctional testing efforts with other team members.
- Stay current with video, photo, and testing technologies.
Requirements
- Experience with Python and shell scripting.
- Experience with performance testing tools for assessing native application performance across scenarios and configurations.
- Understanding of software and hardware performance testing methodologies and strategies.
- Software engineering skills and computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis.
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, test automation, and/or tools and automation development.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate daily workflows and improve efficiency in repetitive tasks.
- Hands-on experience with native application automation frameworks and scalable testing infrastructure.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Preferred experience with Xcode, Xcode Instruments, XCTest, Swift, Go, and Scala.
- Preferred experience with industry-leading video and photo editing applications.
- Preferred experience developing performance-focused test plans and automation for mission-critical applications and frameworks.
- Preferred experience testing AI/ML-enabled features for performance and functionality.
