Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate scalable software components across systems and applications.
- Develop workflow automation and business process management solutions using Camunda BPM.
- Integrate Camunda BPM with enterprise systems and services.
- Troubleshoot and optimize process execution and performance.
- Serve as an SME, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to key and team decisions.
- Lead software quality and productivity best practices, mentor junior team members, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 6 years of experience in Camunda BPM is stated as an additional requirement.
- Proficiency in Camunda BPM and Java Enterprise Edition is required.
- Strong experience in workflow automation, business process management, and enterprise-system integration using Camunda BPM.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient software components.
- Experience with software development life cycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and software performance optimization skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
