Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) implementation delivery.
- Own solution design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture, scalability, performance, and data governance standards.
- Review Data Streams, Data Models, Transforms, Calculated Insights, and Segments developed by the team.
- Guide teams on data modeling, DMOs, relationship design, and complex data, identity, and performance issues.
- Conduct technical reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding and data standards.
- Drive UAT, go-live readiness, post-production optimization, and defect resolution.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and provide effort estimates, delivery plans, and leadership status updates.
- Lead technical teams while balancing hands-on development with team leadership.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) configuration and development experience, including Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Match Rules, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation.
- Advanced SQL skills for analytics and Calculated Insights.
- Experience with APIs, JSON, event data, cloud data platforms, and data integration pipelines.
- Understanding of customer engagement tracking, Salesforce metadata, objects, and permissions.
- Three to five years of Salesforce experience and at least one year of Data 360 implementation project experience.
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud knowledge is preferred.
- Exposure to Einstein, Zero Copy, Document AI, Semantic Layer, Salesforce Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud capabilities is preferred.
- Mandatory Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
- Agentforce Specialist and Salesforce AI Associate certifications are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience leading technical teams and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
