Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deliver, deploy, and sustain production-grade software throughout the full development lifecycle.
  • Build commercial cloud and backend software products and services at enterprise-to-internet scale.
  • Develop software across UI, service, data store, and communication layers.
  • Improve platform performance, customer experience, consistency, reliability, supportability, and observability across services.
  • Partner with Product Management, technology leadership, and diverse organizational teams to identify solutions and implement new technologies.
  • Analyze product tradeoffs and deliver simple, intuitive products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field plus five years of relevant software experience.
  • Seven years of relevant Software Developer, Software Engineer, UI Lead, UI Developer, Programmer Analyst, Software Programmer, or related experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree.
  • At least five years of experience delivering commercial cloud and backend software products and services at enterprise-to-internet scale.
  • At least five years of experience developing UI, service, data store, and communication layers.
  • At least five years of experience with software engineering and full-lifecycle development practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • At least five years of experience with object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
