Responsibilities
- Lead an enterprise-scale migration from on-premises infrastructure to AWS while maintaining high availability and no-downtime pipelines.
- Own the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical systems.
- Define and improve SLOs, observability, incident response, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and release automation standards.
- Lead cross-team engineering initiatives, influence architecture and delivery practices, and mentor engineers as a technical authority.
- Build and optimize CI/CD and IaC pipelines and improve developer experience, velocity, and pipeline reliability.
- Participate in team collaboration, learning, knowledge sharing, demos, and continuous technical improvement.
Requirements
- Strong experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering.
- Deep expertise in AWS and proven success leading cloud migration initiatives.
- Strong experience with CI/CD systems and release automation.
- Experience with Kubernetes and microservices architectures.
- Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure as code.
- Strong scripting or programming skills using tools such as Python, C++, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Experience with cloud, container orchestration, CI/CD, IaC, and observability tools listed in the posting.
