Base Salary
$219k - $301k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical voice for 1-5 clients.
- Lead customers on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks.
- Implement technical strategies in alignment with customer needs.
- Build a movement of technical champions within client accounts.
- Provide structured mentorship for team members.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the Retail and CPG space with large accounts.
- 4+ years in a pre-sales capacity or supporting sales activities.
- Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
- Experience in data-driven business transformation.
- 4+ years of design and implementation experience in big data technologies.
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- Databricks Certification is a plus.
