Base Salary
$180k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship production AI systems, including voice agents and OCR pipelines.
- Design evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to enhance model accuracy.
- Manage the full ML lifecycle from model selection to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, ops, and legal teams to ensure AI solutions meet needs.
- Stay updated on emerging research and tools to enhance the tech stack.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in building and deploying production ML systems.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with the end-to-end ML stack.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and evaluation design.
- Proven track record of shipping observable and maintainable AI systems.
