Base Salary
$190k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain features across frontend and backend systems.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of user interfaces for system visibility.
- Support distributed backend systems focusing on data accuracy and reliability.
- Enhance observability and monitoring through dashboards and alerts.
- Design and implement AdTech-scale data pipelines and ML solutions.
- Write comprehensive tests and improve tooling and quality.
- Participate in code reviews and drive alignment on technical decisions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope projects and deliver features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with modern technologies.
- Background in AdTech with experience in bidding systems and inventory.
- Experience with distributed systems, including Kafka or similar technologies.
- Excellent backend development skills, ideally in Golang or any modern language.
- Strong experience with React or a comparable frontend framework.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools like Looker or New Relic.
- Interest in data science and machine learning concepts or experience with data solutions.
- Comfortable with automated testing frameworks and contributing to a testing culture.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- A thoughtful engineer who values reliability and usability.
