Base Salary
$180k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own major features end-to-end, from architecture decisions through production release.
- Build reliable, performant systems across core workflows using Python/Django, React, and AWS.
- Ship AI-powered functionality that simplifies legal processes for law firms.
- Collaborate with product, ops, and design teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Contribute to shaping the technical team's culture, standards, and practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building reliable, secure software in production.
- Full-stack experience with proficiency in Python and React.
- A track record of writing clean, testable, maintainable code.
- Experience with Django, AWS, or OpenAI APIs is a plus.
- Familiarity with legal tech or data-heavy workflows is preferred.
