Base Salary
$180k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and own Airbnb's Workday integration architecture standards and governance frameworks.
- Lead architectural decisions for complex integration initiatives, including global rollouts and payroll runs.
- Architect, design, build, and maintain complex inbound and outbound integrations using Workday tools.
- Drive operational excellence across the integration portfolio, including SLAs and escalation handling.
- Act as a technical authority for Workday integrations and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of industry experience in software development or systems integration.
- 8+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
- Expert proficiency in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs.
- Strong knowledge of data security and compliance protocols.
