Responsibilities
- Set the technical direction for a unified insights platform.
- Architect scalable data pipelines and systems for personalized insights.
- Lead delivery of high-impact projects from prototype to production.
- Build LLM-powered capabilities with safety and quality guardrails.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and Ads teams.
- Use AI to enhance prototyping, design exploration, and code generation.
- Mentor engineers and establish measurement practices for insight quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale data platforms.
- Ability to work with cross-functional partners across multiple organizations.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools for building data pipelines.
- Experience launching AI-first products from prototype to scale.
- Demonstrated use of AI to improve engineering workflows.
- Strong track record in evaluating and verifying AI-assisted work.
- Experience leading product integrations across multiple teams.
