Base Salary
$196k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, estimate, and deliver new features across the full stack.
- Architect scalable, resilient cloud-native solutions using Azure.
- Drive continuous improvement in software applications and delivery pipelines.
- Lead rigorous testing to ensure production-ready software.
- Own reliability across the full environment lifecycle.
- Mentor fellow engineers and lead technical design and code reviews.
- Identify opportunities to enhance team operations and methodologies.
- Facilitate no/low-code bank connector configurations with financial institutions.
- Participate in the on-call pager rotation as part of the YBIYRI model.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of hands-on application development experience.
- Expertise in application development best practices and cloud architecture.
- Deep experience with ASP.NET/Core, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Extensive experience with Azure Services and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficient in building web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong mentoring skills and ability to influence across teams.
- Analytical and data-driven with a commitment to quality.
- Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical partners.
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
