Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy for video ads and new ad formats on Android.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create a roadmap for video ads.
- Establish Android best practices and provide design reviews.
- Drive the entire development lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices for design and testing.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience at a staff level.
- Deep expertise in Kotlin and modern Android architectural patterns.
- Experience in Ad Tech and building interactive mobile experiences.
- Proven track record of delivering user-facing features with a focus on UI and performance.
- Ability to design fault-tolerant client-side systems in complex environments.
- Experience with AI tools to enhance software engineering productivity.
- Fluency in product metrics and designing experiments.
- Openness to work across the stack and explore innovative approaches.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration in a remote environment.
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
