Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems and services.
- Tune and iterate on LLM integrations and AI agent orchestration.
- Improve the reliability, efficiency, and real-world performance of AI flows.
- Own backend scalability and AI agent optimization from architecture through production.
- Collaborate with a lean engineering team on decisions with immediate product impact.
Requirements
- Substantial hands-on experience writing and shipping production software.
- Strong backend engineering experience designing and scaling distributed systems.
- Hands-on production experience optimizing LLMs and AI agent flows.
- High agency, strong ownership, and a genuine commitment to technical craft.
- Experience working at fast-growing, early-stage startups.
- A side-project portfolio or equivalent work demonstrating technical depth and sustained curiosity.
- Legal eligibility and willingness to work on-site in Stockholm, including relocation if needed.
