Responsibilities
- Lead client projects and provide senior technical expertise.
- Design and own end-to-end AI solutions from data pipelines through deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Build and evolve MLOps capabilities for automated model deployment and lifecycle management.
- Support presales, solution architecture discussions, and external technology stakeholder collaboration.
- Define architecture standards and security controls for generative AI, LLM, and RAG solutions.
- Represent the organization as a subject matter expert and thought leader in Data, AI, and ML.
- Collaborate across engineering domains to implement data-driven operational improvements.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Biology, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong programming and analytics expertise in Python, R, C++, and statistical data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Elasticsearch, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, PySpark, Kafka, Hadoop, and large-scale data pipelines.
- Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, LangChain, AutoGen, and OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, MCP-based agentic workflows, and cloud ETL processes.
- Ability to lead tasks, coordinate others, communicate effectively in English, and collaborate with external stakeholders.
- Swedish citizenship is required for certain projects supporting the military and defence industry.
