Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and continuously improve the SCIP and SCIPPY supply chain platforms.
- Design and implement scalable Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Automate platform deployment, configuration, monitoring, environment management, and release processes.
- Support analytics, AI, GenAI, and agentic AI solutions deployed by product teams.
- Ensure platform reliability, security, availability, performance, and compliance.
- Manage cloud-native applications, Kubernetes environments, incident and problem management, and platform support.
- Drive platform modernization, cloud engineering best practices, observability, performance optimization, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with global business, data, AI, engineering, and product teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field with relevant professional experience, or a bachelor’s degree in these fields with several years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud infrastructure and production operations.
- At least 3 years of experience in cloud engineering, platform engineering, and/or DevOps.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes and containerized applications, DevOps operating models, and platform support.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and Azure DevOps, cloud security, networking, enterprise architecture, monitoring, logging, and platform reliability practices.
- Experience supporting business-critical enterprise platforms and operating cloud-native applications with high-availability and security requirements.
- Exposure to data engineering and AI workloads, and experience working in agile product teams.
- Fluent English communication, including participation in technical discussions, is essential.
- Knowledge of Terraform or Bicep, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Databricks, Azure AI Services, API management, integration services, event-driven architectures, LLMs, GenAI, observability, FinOps, and security controls is required or relevant.
- Experience with Generative AI or Machine Learning platforms and delivering AI solutions in industrial or supply chain environments is preferred.
- Understanding of supply chain or logistics processes is preferred.
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work in international multicultural teams are required.
